This dish brought me back to some of the warm home cooking that I associate fall with. Every tender morsel of beef was falling apart as I lightly started chewing.

The richness from the garlic salt and pepper brought a great and subtle warmth to every bite of the vegetables. Mixing with the egg noodles was a soft au jous sauce that seemed to dance the combination of vegetables and meat into a perfect ballet.

She is a sorcerer of the highest culinary order <3
